‍If you want to join again, you may complete a new opt-in form on our website, text us directly, or call the office to request to resume SMS communications.

11. Patient Communication and Privacy

‍Standard SMS is not a secure, encrypted form of communication. Please do not send sensitive health information or Protected Health Information (PHI) via SMS unless specifically directed to a secure portal by our staff.

12. Privacy and Mobile Information

‍No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted when necessary to provide the requested service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

‍To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Master Dental Associates PLLC shall not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the SMS service.
